Bad B's Romance Book Shop does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please check over your order carefully before you finalize your purchase. 

If you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email Lisa at inquiry@badbsbooks.com and we will be able to rectify the issue. 

If your item is damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping provider to file a claim.
